1. Fuel combustion and heat release process
The coal is fed into the boiler, mixed with the hot fluidized material in the furnace, absorbs heat, and mixes with the air to burn and release heat. The wall and other heating surfaces arranged in the furnace dissipate heat. After the coarse particles are brought into the suspension area by the rising flue gas, they are continuously decelerated and deviated from the main air flow under the action of gravity and other external forces, and finally form a particle flow that descends from the wall. The gas-solid mixture brought out of the furnace enters the separator at the rear of the furnace, and most of the solid particles are separated and sent back to the furnace through the return material for cyclic combustion. The ultrafine particles that have not been separated enter the flue with the flue gas, and further exothermic and cool the superheater, economizer, and air preheater. atmosphere.
The air required for fuel combustion, fluidization and return is supplied by the primary fan, the secondary fan and the return fan, and the flue gas generated by the combustion is drawn out of the boiler by the induced draft fan.
2. The process of water circulation, heat absorption and generation of qualified steam
The feed water is boosted by the feed pump and then sent to the economizer. After being heated by the flue gas in the economizer, it is sent to the steam drum, mixed with the boiler water in the steam drum, and then enters the water wall along the down pipe through the lower header. The heat of the high temperature flame and flue gas in the furnace is absorbed in the water cooling wall, and part of the water evaporates to form a soda-water mixture that flows into the steam drum. The steam-water mixture is separated from the steam-water in the steam-water separation device in the steam drum, and the separated saturated steam enters the superheater, which is further heated into superheated steam, and then sent out to the boiler; the separated water is mixed with the feed water sent from the economizer and enters the lowering tube, thus forming a circulating endothermic process of boiler water.
