How to improve the service life of the heat transfer oil in the thermal oil boiler?

In order to improve the service life of the heat transfer oil in the thermal oil boiler, we should do, specifically:

(1) The heat transfer oil used should be matched with the thermal oil boiler. The transformed steam boiler or the thermal oil boiler with unqualified quality cannot be used, because this is very dangerous.

(2) In the heating circulation system, a high-level tank and a low-level tank should be installed. Moreover, the heat transfer oil should be in a sealed state, especially at high temperatures, so as not to oxidize and deteriorate due to contact with the air.

(3) If the heat transfer oil is used for the first time, the moisture and impurities in it must be removed, and it cannot be used directly without treatment. When it is injected into the thermal oil boiler, the circulating pump should be started first, and then the ignition operation should be carried out after it runs normally, so that it is not easy to cause problems.
